Privacy policy
Effective September 23, 2026
Emberwing is an offline game. The game does not send personal information or gameplay data to the developer.
Information stored on your device
The game saves your personal best and sound preference on your device. It does not require an account and does not sync these settings through an Emberwing server. Deleting the app removes its local data. Device backups and restores are managed by Apple and may include this local data.
No advertising or tracking
The game has no advertising, analytics, or tracking tools. It does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, or location. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
If you contact support
If you email Emberwing Support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request and investigate problems. Support messages are handled through our email provider, Microsoft Outlook. We do not use support messages for marketing.
We keep support correspondence only for as long as needed to address the request or meet applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion by emailing the address below. Please do not send passwords, financial information, or other sensitive details.
This support website
This website does not include developer-added analytics or advertising cookies. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. That is separate from the offline game.
Apple services and TestFlight
App Store purchases, downloads, device backups, and any diagnostics or feedback you choose to share through Apple or TestFlight are handled under Apple's policies and your device settings.
Children's privacy
The game does not collect personal information from players, including children. If personal information about a child is sent to support, a parent or guardian can contact us to request deletion.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its effective date if the game's data practices change.
